Terms of Participation
Welcome to Tuteler.
Here, learning is not a service you consume — it’s something we build together.
By participating in Tuteler (through learning, using our guides, hiring us for hands-on help, or getting products we recommend or provide), you’re taking part in a communal effort to make life clearer, simpler, and saner for everyone.
Below are the terms that guide this participation.
1. What Participation Means
Tuteler exists to teach — to make knowledge practical, accessible, and usable.
Everything else we offer grows out of that mission.
Your participation may take different forms:
- Learning from our tutorials, articles, guides, and videos
- Using the products we recommend or produce
- Hiring us for affordable, practical services
- Asking us to teach you during service delivery
- Joining the work of building a world where essential knowledge is shared openly
Every part of this counts as participation.
2. Our Approach to Teaching
We explain things with clarity and patience.
We focus on how things work, not just how to copy steps.
We prefer showing you how to do something rather than doing it for you — unless you decide otherwise.
If you hire us for a service, you can:
- Simply let us do it, or
- Join in and learn while we do it together.
If you choose the “learn while doing” option, the price may be slightly higher to cover the extra teaching time — but it will always be reasonable.
3. Services: A Continuation of Teaching
Services on Tuteler are not meant to replace your ability.
They exist for:
- People who prefer hands-on help
- Situations that require expertise
- Tasks that are easier to understand when watched in person
- Times when you want to learn directly on-site
Whenever possible, we explain what we’re doing and why — so you gain the confidence to handle it next time.
4. Products: Not Consumerism, but Support
Some people want to build things themselves.
Others prefer to buy ready-made versions.
Because of this, we:
- Recommend products we trust
- Offer affiliate links to verified tools
- Provide items we make or source responsibly
- Keep profit margins modest, not exploitative
- Avoid promoting unnecessary or ego-driven products
Buying through Tuteler is participation — your support helps us keep teaching freely and transparently.
5. Transparency and Integrity
We do not push products for profit.
We do not collect your personal data for advertising.
We do not exploit your trust.
Our decisions — from recommendations to service pricing — are guided by usefulness, fairness, and the goal of building a world where essential knowledge is shared openly.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Participant
By being part of Tuteler, you agree to:
- Use the knowledge shared responsibly
- Respect the learning process — yours and others’
- Communicate honestly when hiring us for services
- Understand that real learning takes time, attention, and curiosity
You’re not required to be perfect — just willing to learn and grow.
7. Safety and Boundaries
We reserve the right to decline any service or request that:
- Is unsafe
- Is outside our expertise
- Conflicts with our mission of ethical, essential learning
- Violates laws or puts anyone at risk
We want harmony, not chaos.
8. Payment, Refunds, and Fairness
- Service costs will always be stated clearly before work begins.
- Teaching-add-ons (if you want hands-on learning during service) will be transparent.
- Refunds for digital tutorials are not offered once accessed.
- Refunds for physical products depend on the supplier’s policy or our own terms when we handle the item ourselves.
Everything is done with fairness.
9. Evolving Together
Tuteler will grow and evolve.
As we expand into new teachings, tools, and services, these terms may change — always in the same spirit of clarity and fairness.
Updates will be posted on this page.
Continuing to use Tuteler means you accept the updated terms.
10. Our Shared Direction
This is not a customer–provider relationship.
This is participation in building a world where:
- Knowledge is free
- Tools are accessible
- Skills are shared
- People depend less on confusion and more on understanding
- Learning is a birthright, not a commodity
That’s the heart of Tuteler.
